SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

Program Description
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the family logistics SMS notification program ("Program") operated by Thomas ("Sender"). The Program sends automated weekly calendar digest messages to enrolled personal phone numbers summarizing upcoming family events and schedule information.

Who Sends These Messages
Messages are sent by Thomas to enrolled family members (recipients who have explicitly opted in) to provide a weekly summary of upcoming events on the shared family calendar. No messages are sent to the general public or unknown recipients.

Opt-In and Consent
By enrolling your phone number in this Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from this Program. Enrollment is entirely voluntary. You are not required to opt in as a condition of any purchase, account creation, or access to any service. Consent is not transferable and applies solely to this Program.

• Consent controls are opt-in only and are never pre-checked or pre-enabled.

Message Frequency
You will receive approximately one (1) SMS message per week, sent on Sunday mornings. Occasional additional messages may be sent in the event of urgent schedule changes or time-sensitive family logistics updates.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan's messaging rates.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of this Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, contact the Sender directly.

No Third-Party Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through this Program are never sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Embedded Links and Phone Numbers
Messages sent through this Program may include embedded links (e.g., links to Google Calendar events) and phone numbers as part of family logistics coordination.

Limitation of Liability
This Program is provided for personal family use only. The Sender is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery due to factors outside the Sender's control, including carrier issues, network outages, or technical failures.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued receipt of messages following notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
