SMS Messaging Program
This policy applies to the SMS messaging program operated by Thomas's family logistics automation ("Program"). The Program sends automated weekly calendar digest messages to enrolled personal phone numbers.

Information We Collect
We collect the mobile phone numbers of enrolled recipients solely for the purpose of delivering scheduled SMS notifications. No other personal information is collected through this Program.

How We Use Your Number
Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to send you weekly family calendar summary messages. Messages are sent every Sunday morning and contain a digest of upcoming family events and logistics for the week ahead.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver messages within this Program and is never shared with outside organizations, advertisers, or data brokers.

Message Frequency
Messages are sent once per week, every Sunday morning. Occasional additional messages may be sent if urgent schedule changes require immediate notification.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

How to Get Help
For assistance, reply HELP to any message.

Data Retention
Mobile phone numbers are retained only for the duration of active enrollment in the Program. Numbers are deleted upon opt-out.
